Andrei Mochalov

He was found guilty of forging a warrant to participate in a criminal trial. It is alleged that in the summer of 2021, Mochalov knew about his expulsion from the Minsk City Bar Association when he came to court. Andrei claims that he did not know about it and that the notification was sent to him only after the trial. He learned that a criminal case had been opened against him in November 2021. The judge wrote a statement to the prosecutor's office against him. Andrei has repeatedly defended political prisoners in courts.
