According to investigators, in March 2022, he intentionally damaged public service advertisements for the Armed Forces in various districts of Minsk by throwing containers of paint at the banners. Investigators also alleged his involvement in at least seven similar incidents. A search of his home revealed paint, which, according to the prosecution, was used to damage the banners.
