Dissidentby since

According to the prosecution, in the spring of 2022, Yuriy Zaretsky, at approximately 17:20, "being aware of being in a public place, opposing his personality to public interests and expressing demonstrative disrespect for society, with the aim of worsening the aesthetic perception of public property, applied a couple of inscriptions to the reinforced concrete fences of the Gomel civil engineering section with a black aerosol can."
