According to the Supreme Court's website, Viktor was accused of "otherwise providing assistance to a foreign state and its representatives in carrying out activities aimed at harming the national security of the Republic of Belarus."
Domoratsky was also stripped of his military rank of "senior lieutenant in the reserve."
