Yuri was found guilty in July 2021 in a criminal case opened under the article "insulting a government official."
According to the indictment, on January 12, 2021, Yuri left an offensive comment under a photo of police officer Anton Yanushkevich in the Telegram channel "Punishermen of Belarus." Furthermore, on March 5, 2021, he left another offensive comment under a photo of OMON commander Dmitry Balaba in the Telegram channel "Belarus of the Brain."
