Alexander Sergeevich Mishurov
Aleksandr Sergeevich Mishurov is involved in politically motivated repressions in the Republic of Belarus.
Mishurov is responsible for the fact that, as a judge of the Lida District Court, he issues politically motivated sentences against representatives of civil society. In his judicial practice, Aleksandr Mishurov considers not only administrative cases, but also criminal ones. As a result of his decisions, Belarusians who oppose the regime in force in the country were sentenced to various prison terms.
In particular, on December 20, 2022, Mishurov sentenced a 55-year-old therapist of the emergency room of the Lida City Hospital to three years and six months in a penal colony under enhanced security conditions for comments and likes that he left on social networks in 2020.
Also on September 27, 2022, the judge sentenced political prisoner Valery Tumilevich to imprisonment for one year and six months in a general regime penal colony for messages in one of the Telegram chats.
In June 2023, Alexander Mishurov sentenced a former police officer to three years of restricted freedom for messages on a social network.
Thus, Mishurov Alexander Sergeyevich is responsible for human rights violations and undermining the principles of the rule of law, as well as for facilitating repression against representatives of civil society and the democratic opposition. Yuri served as a police officer in the Lida security department and worked as a security guard after retiring. When the investigation became known, he was forced to resign. Yuri was arrested right at his workplace, at the Euroopt store.
According to the prosecution, he reposted a post on his Odnoklassniki page criticizing the election campaign and results, which was deemed slanderous and attributable to Lukashenko serious crimes. He also published the same material on the Telegram channels "Krynica-Chat" and "Ikhtyandry Grodna." The court sentenced him to restricted freedom with a referral order. Yuri remained in custody pending sentencing.
In the winter of 2023, Ilya was found guilty of "organizing and preparing actions that grossly violate public order, or actively participating in them." According to the prosecution, he used his mobile phone to leave comments and upload videos in the Telegram chat "Lida 97%" "with the purpose of inciting a feeling among an unlimited number of users to participate in unauthorized mass events."

His trial took place in Lida on January 20, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code (“Insulting a representative of the authorities”). The victim was the head of the press service of the Grodno police, Yevgeny Dudko , who demanded 3 thousand rubles in moral compensation for the information posted about him on the channel. Ivan was also given two years of “homemade” chemotherapy.
Ivan Kasperovich filed an appeal against the verdict. Evgeny Dudko also filed an appeal together with the prosecutor - they say that if the activist stays at home, he will again administer telegram channels. As a result, on March 25, a new trial was held, at which two years of “homemade” chemotherapy were replaced by two years of real chemotherapy, with a referral to an open institution. Compensation for moral damage was reduced to 1.5 thousand rubles.

Artyom worked as an optician at the Optik plant in Lida. He studied at the Grodno Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and the Lida Polytechnic College. He was arrested on September 27, 2020, in connection with a mass riot and accused of participating in "radical" Telegram channels and intending to damage or destroy three Tabakerka newsstands.
In May 2022, Artyom was convicted again for participating in protests that took place in Lida in 2020.
He was released in July 2026.
