Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kuzenek Denis Aleksandrovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He issued guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases. He considered the case against the former employee of the Vetka Museum of Old Believers and Belarusian Traditions named after Shklyarov, tour guide Alexander Nikitin under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code. Kuzenek sentenced the man to imprisonment on charges of participating in peaceful assemblies.
