Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Urban Yuri Pavlovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 405 rubles. He found Pavel Dunaev guilty under Article 370 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 2 years of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open correctional facility. According to the materials of the criminal case, Dunaev tore down the red-green flag installed on the store building. He found Alexei Motyavin guilty under Article 368 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 1.5 years of imprisonment to be served in a general regime colony for insulting Lukashenko.
