Sentenced Denis Urad to 18 years in a maximum security penal colony under Part 2 of Article 356 of the Criminal Code (“Treason to the state committed by a person subject to the status of a military serviceman”). Denis sent the NEXTA Telegram channel a photo of a letter in which Interior Minister Ivan Kubrakov asked Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin to involve military personnel in “maintaining order” during the protests.
