He sentenced political prisoner Tikhon Osipov to 11 years and 7 months in prison. Sentenced activist Dmitry Palienko to 3 years of home chemicals. Refused to consider the complaint of activist Petr Markelov due to missed filing deadlines. According to the Legal Initiative, this case is the first such incident in the history of Belarus. He handed down a verdict to Minsk resident Svyatoslav Lepeshev, sentencing him to 4 years of restriction of freedom with direction.
