Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Bolshakova Elena Vladimirovna supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 800 rubles. She found Victoria Onokhova-Zhuravleva guilty under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code and sentenced her to 3 years of restriction of freedom without sending her to an open correctional facility. According to the case materials, in August 2020, in a telegram chat, Victoria left a comment under a repost of an article about Brest resident Gennady Shutov, who died in August 2020: “Lukashenko killed another Belarusian.”
