An anarchist activist was detained on the night of October 28-29, 2020, while crossing the Belarusian border together with the partisan group "Black Banner". He was accused of setting fire to cars of officials, as well as the traffic police department and the state forensic committee.

In April 2024, Dmitry was convicted again for "malicious disobedience to the demands of the colony administration." Igor is an anarchist activist and former political prisoner in the 2010 "anarchist case." He was detained while crossing the Belarusian border on the night of October 28-29, 2020, and charged with "arson" and "terrorism."

In August 2022, by a court decision, Igor was transferred to prison regime.

In early July 2024, Igor was transferred to a hospital in Kolyadichi. He was admitted there with a suspected stomach ulcer, which worsened after his hunger strike from June 13 to 26 in the punishment cell of Zhodino Prison No. 8, where he is serving his sentence.

In the summer of 2026, it became known that Igor was again kept in solitary confinement for a month.
