Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Gorbach Anna Viktorovna is an employee of state bodies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in politically motivated trials. Supported the state prosecution in the case against Oleg Dutchik. He was accused of discrediting the Republic of Belarus under Article 369-1 of the Criminal Code and insulting Lukashenko under Part 1 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code for comments on the Internet. The man was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony, as well as a fine of 100 basic units.
