Marfa, the coordinator of the Viasna volunteer service, was arrested on September 17, 2020, on charges of financing mass riots (Article 293, Part 3). In February 2021, she was charged with additional charges, including "inciting social discord" and "participation in a criminal organization."

In September 2022, Marfa was convicted on several criminal charges and sentenced to 15 years in prison and a large fine.

In February 2023, during an appeal hearing, her sentence was reduced by three months. Marfa's health deteriorated in prison, in part due to COVID-19.

A football fan of the MTZ-RIPO club was detained on September 26, 2020 and convicted for participating in protests.

The guards of Colony No. 1 repeatedly punished Tomaz with a punishment cell and transfer to a cell-type room (PKT). In total, the anti-fascist received at least nine penalties, including for refusing to "wash toilets." Based on this, a new criminal case was opened against him under the article on "malicious disobedience to the demands of the administration," and in September 2024, he was sentenced to an additional term of imprisonment.

Initially, there were 12 defendants in the case. Since the fall of 2020, only David Slashchev has remained at large. Several political prisoners have reported being tortured during their detention or while writing "confessions."

All of them are accused of participating in a "radical" Telegram chat. The testimony mentions several chats, including "OGSB" (Civil Self-Defense Unit), "Rabota Minsk," "100," and "101." They are also accused of intending to damage or destroy three Tabakerka stores.

Dmitry Lastovsky stated in court that he was an apolitical person and was happy with what he had: his family and his job. He noted that he had been looking for a work assistant in the "Part-time Job Minsk" chat.

He is expected to be released in early March 2025.

Eduard is a well-known Belarusian political blogger and public figure, the author of the Telegram channel Palchys. He organized the "BNR-100" and "BNR-101" protests and concerts. He was arrested on September 27, 2020, as part of a criminal case related to mass riots.

In December 2021, Eduard was found guilty of "organizing mass riots," "organizing actions that grossly violate public order," "inciting social discord," and "calls for actions aimed at damaging the national security of the Republic of Belarus" and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

A well-known activist and confidant of presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya in Gomel, Tatyana has been campaigning for changes to anti-drug legislation for several years as part of the "Mothers 328 Movement" initiative. On August 6, 2020, she was detained in her home, accused of "mass riots" and plans to "seize buildings."

In January 2022, it became known that Tatyana had been transferred to prison regime.

According to human rights activists, she is denied visitation rights and is allowed to receive only one small parcel per year. Letters from Tatyana arrive extremely rarely. Furthermore, she has developed spinal problems.

She was released in February 2025.
