Artem was arrested in February 2024 and convicted under the article on "financing the activities of an extremist group." He was held in a pretrial detention center before the trial.
He has two higher educations, worked as a programmer, was involved in photography and owned a company renting photo and video equipment.
It is currently known that he is being prosecuted again in connection with a new criminal case under the article “organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them.”

A retired military officer, a reserve lieutenant colonel who served in the Strategic Missile Forces, a former teacher at the Military Academy, and a member of the People's Hramada party.
During the 2020 presidential election campaign, Yakushkov was convicted twice of "participating in unauthorized events"—for participating in pickets to collect signatures for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. Both times, the court sentenced him to "24 hours in jail."
He was released in the spring of 2026 .

Sergei was arrested in February 2024. He was initially given a 24-hour sentence for "disseminating extremist materials," but was later charged with a criminal offense and transferred to a pretrial detention center. The case likely concerns the comments he made. Sergei faces four to twelve years in prison.
Sergey's hobby is music. In the 2000s, he played in the band "Forest Radio." He also participated in several other projects, translating foreign songs into Belarusian.
Sergei Yuryevich Gorlov studied at the Minsk State Linguistic University and later graduated from the European Humanities University. He worked as a translator and English tutor. His last known position was at the Sakharov Institute in Minsk.

A renowned basketball referee. He was arrested for creating a basketball chat room.
He was detained in January 2024 while returning to Belarus. He is currently in pretrial detention. He is accused of "insulting Lukashenko" and "creating an extremist group" under Articles 361-1 and 368 of the Criminal Code.
Syritsa had previously believed that coming to Belarus was not associated with major risks. His wife was also detained at the border (she served a day in custody). The chat participants were summoned for questioning.
Alexander Syrytsa was one of the top basketball referees in Belarus for many years. He has been a FIBA referee since 2005. In 2019, Syrytsa and his colleagues filed a lawsuit against the basketball federation, lost, and was blacklisted. He lived in Australia, ran a business, and frequently visited Ukraine.
On January 16, the KGB designated the "Fund of Belarus Friend LTD" as an "extremist organization." It was then reported that Belarusian citizen Alexander Syritsa was associated with it.

Margarita was a long-time member of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus. She was on Sergei Gaidukevich's initiative group during the 2010 presidential election, and in 2014, she ran for the party's seat on the Minsk City Council—and, naturally, lost. She hasn't appeared in public since.
She was allegedly detained for her comments. Judging by photos on social media, the woman has a child.
She is expected to be released in November 2025.
Andrei Loboda is 54 years old. He is a resident of Minsk and graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (then the Minsk Radiotechnical Institute) in 1993. Since then, he has worked in the banking sector.
Andrey was detained in April 2024. On April 12, he was sentenced to administrative arrest for "dissemination of extremist materials." After that, a criminal case was opened against him. In the GUBOPiK video, he says that he made a donation to the "Country for Life" foundation and wrote comments.

Dmitry was arrested in August 2024 in connection with a criminal case opened under the articles "insulting a government official" and "insulting Lukashenko," and in the fall of that year he was sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

At the end of May 2024, state media reported the detention of two Belarusian citizens at the Belarusian-Lithuanian border: one of them was on the international wanted list and was attempting to illegally cross the border into Lithuania, the other was a driver.
In a "confession video," Alexander admitted that in 2021 he left comments "approving" of the actions of Andrei Zeltser, who died in a shootout with KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk. Alexander is known to have lived in the United States for a long time.
In February 2025, he was convicted on four criminal charges, but the outcome of the sentence is still unknown. He is also reported to have serious health problems.
He was released in January 2026, having served his full sentence.

Anastasia worked as a programmer in the Minsk office of the American IT company Exadel. According to the charges, she may have posted comments on Telegram but was not active on other social media.
In the fall of 2024, Anastasia was convicted of "slander against Lukashenko," "calls for sanctions and other actions aimed at harming national security," and "inciting hostility or discord," and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

A former truck driver returned from Europe. He was charged with over 1,000 extremist comments, including some dating back to 1997.
Artyom was convicted in the Minsk City Court under Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code and Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
The hearing of Artem’s case under Part 3 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code and Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus is scheduled for January 31, 2025 .
