Denis was detained on June 6, 2023 at the workplace - he lived and worked in Minsk. After the guy was punished with a 13-day arrest under Part 2 of Art. 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (dissemination of extremist materials). After serving his arrest, Denis never got out of prison - another administrative protocol was drawn up against him, but under Article 19.1 (petty hooliganism). After serving his second term, Denis was never released. His relatives were told that on June 30, the guy was transferred from the Offenders Isolation Center to the temporary detention center on Akrestsina Street and he is being charged under Part 1 of Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
First, Daniil spent 25 days in Akrestsin, after which a criminal case was opened against him for participating in protests. After the verdict, Daniil learned that a new criminal case had been opened against him and was forced to leave the country.
