According to the case materials , in January 2021, Gavrilov purchased and provided two acquaintances, Tatyana and Oleg Birulya, with aerosol cans of paint. They also applied an inscription to the wall of one of the houses regarding Lukashenko, "in which they accused him of a particularly serious crime, that is, they committed slander."
