Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Tretyakova Elena Ivanovna is an employee of state bodies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Minsk resident Igor Bykovskikh. The man was accused of insulting a police officer under Article 369 of the Criminal Code in one of the Telegram channels and sentenced to 1.5 years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type institution.
