He filed monthly reports on political prisoners, facilitated their acquisition of the status of "malicious violators" and the placement of them in solitary confinement. He made sexualized remarks about prisoners. He personally participated in the abuse of Mayorova, Gnauk, Mitkevich, Bakhvalova, Loiko, and other political prisoners in the women's penal colony Penal Colony No. 4.
