Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Kmita Nikolai Alekseevich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 7,425 rubles, administrative arrest for a total period of at least 232 days, and at least 40 years of imprisonment or restriction of liberty for a total period in criminal cases. Among all the judges of this court, he is known for making the most politically motivated decisions. Kmita sentenced Pavel Linkevich under paragraph 5 of part 2 of Article 147 of the Criminal Code to 7 years in a maximum security colony and 10,000 rubles in financial compensation to the injured police officer. He sentenced the members of the tourist group to administrative arrest, equating them to participants in the protest.
