Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 19 decisions awarding at least 20 days of administrative arrest and fines of at least 2,521 rubles in fines and at least 8.5 years of restriction or imprisonment.
Decided to award a fine of 920 rubles to Olga Chaichyts for conducting an online broadcast of a protest rally in the city of Borisov.
In 2020, a judge rejected the applicants' complaint regarding the recall of House of Representatives member Aleksandar Sarakacs.
He found Artem Ershov guilty and sentenced him to one year and six months of restriction of freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, as well as to compensation for legal costs of 305 rubles, under Art. 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (slander), for allegedly libelous leaflets about the coach of the national SAMBO team, in which the following was written: “Dear tenants! One of the regime’s watchdogs, Rybak Yuri Yakovlevich, lives in our house. The bandit is putting pressure on athletes who dare to speak the truth about the violence and lawlessness that reigned in our country.”

Artyom was found guilty in August 2021 of libel against police officer Yuri Rybak, a coach for a sports team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The case file included a report of the crime scene and vehicle inspection, where documents were confiscated containing text in which Artyom alleged that Rybak was pressuring athletes. He stated that he was confident in the veracity of the information.
In April 2025, a court hearing in absentia was held as part of a special proceeding on the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with a more severe punishment.
