On May 15, 2023, ONT aired a propaganda film, "A Killer Parcel of Death: Who and How Wanted to Commit a Terrorist Attack on Victory Day," which told the details of the case. It was reported that the KGB allegedly "prevented a terrorist attack under the supervision of Kiev" on the eve of Victory Day on May 9, 2023. They said that the explosives were in electric stoves that were sent to the detainees via parcels. The organizer of the action was named as 23-year-old Belarusian Valery Vodin, who fought in Ukraine.
The video said that parcels with electric stoves containing explosives were delivered to the Minsk SDEK point in Kamennaya Gorka on March 21, 2023, from Kiev via Italy. 29-year-old Viktoria Volchek confirmed during interrogation that she had received the parcel — Valery Vodin had asked her to receive the parcel. BSU student Anna Savochkina and her mother Tatyana Rusak took the stove from Volchek and buried it in a cemetery in Kolodishchi. The second stove was taken by dental technician Andrei Grigoriev and taken to the gardening association "Avtoremontnik 124" near Olekhnovichi.

Lyudmila Deineko is 40 years old. In 2005, she graduated from Polotsk State University with a degree in jurisprudence. First she worked in the internal affairs department of the Minsk regional executive committee, then in the justice department of the Minsk city executive committee, and as a consultant in the court of the Zavodsky district of Minsk.
The trial begins on July 22. Deineko is accused of “calling for sanctions,” “insulting Lukashenko,” and “inciting hostility or discord.”

Zhanna Dashkevich is 54 years old. She comes from the village of Svatki, Myadel district, Minsk region. Zhanna is being tried under two articles - “recruitment, training or preparation for participation in war, as well as material support for such activities” and “creation of an extremist formation or participation in it.” She faces five to ten years in prison
Lilia was first detained at the end of March 2023 and sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest. However, in April 2024, it became known that she had been detained as part of a criminal case. The first time she was detained by the KGB at the end of January 2024 (during the mass detentions of relatives and friends of political prisoners) for writing letters and transferring money to the accounts of political prisoners in the pre-trial detention center of prison No. 1. A pro-government telegram channel published a video about the detention of a Belarusian woman who took part in protests in 2020 and “obstructed the passage” of a traffic police car. As the authors of the channel write, a criminal case was opened against the girl. It is not specified under which article.
It is known that Natalya graduated from BSTU in 2022.
She was sentenced in the Zavodskoy District Court of Minsk to imprisonment under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code (organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them) and Part 4 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code (fraud). Natalia Davydulina is 47 years old and is from Zhlobin. It is known from Natalia's social networks that she and her husband have a large family - five children, one of whom is still in elementary school.
One of Natalia's sons, Denis Davydulin, is a former political prisoner. He was detained in March 2021 and sentenced to a year and a half in prison for "going out onto the roadway and actively disobeying police officers" on the night of August 10.
She has never given media interviews. Court schedules show that she was tried on January 24, 2024, for “dissemination of extremist materials.” She was likely detained during a raid on those in solidarity with political prisoners.
The trial will begin on August 23 in the Gomel Regional Court. Thus, most likely, Natalia is accused of some kind of assistance to other prisoners. It is known that during the January raid, mainly those who helped others were left behind bars - they made transfers and parcels to pretrial detention centers and colonies, even for very small amounts.
