Head of the Law Enforcement Department of the Soligorsk District Department of Internal Affairs. Police Lieutenant Colonel. Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Oleg Petrovich Shalokha is a law enforcement officer involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists were detained and subjected to violence. He detained Belsat journalists in Soligorsk after their meeting with Viktor Babariko. He also participated in the arrest of Pyotr Pechkurov, a representative of the Belaruskali strike committee, and testified against him in court.
