Vitaly was found guilty in December 2021 of a criminal case opened under the article "insulting a government official." According to the charges, on June 7, 2020, he left a comment on the social media site Odnoklassniki addressed to Bobruisk district police officer Andrei Komar, which was classified as "insulting the government."
