He issued guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he sentenced to a fine of at least 945 rubles in total and administrative arrest for a total term of at least 13 days. On September 20, 2023, he issued a guilty verdict under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting Lukashenko and sentenced him to 2 years of imprisonment. On September 26, 2021, he issued a guilty verdict against Viktor Chernik under Article 369 of the Criminal Code for a comment on the Internet under a video where traffic police officers detain people. Zenko sentenced the man to 1.5 years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, and also ordered that the law enforcement officer be compensated for moral damages in the amount of 1,000 rubles.
