On November 11, 2023, she issued a verdict against Ilya Silkov, accused under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code for participating in a protest. Rubakhova sentenced the man to restriction of liberty without sending him to an open-type correctional facility for a period of two years. On October 19, 2023, she issued a verdict against Maksim Kalinichenko, accused under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code for participating in a protest. Rubakhova sentenced Maksim to restriction of liberty without sending him to an open-type correctional facility for a period of one year and six months.
