Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Nikolai Alekseevich Senko supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repression. Involved in the issuance of guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases. Passed a guilty verdict against Pyotr Yarmoshuk under Article 354 and Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code. The man was accused of using malicious programs and financing the activities of an "extremist" group for using malicious programs against Russian subjects in the interests of Ukraine defending itself from Russian aggression and donations to support victims of politically motivated persecution. Senko sentenced Pyotr to four years of imprisonment. Passed a guilty verdict against Pavel Sologub under Part 1 of Article 342 and Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to three years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
