She sentenced Yuri Svitin under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (insulting a government official) for an offensive comment addressed to prosecutor Dubrovensky on the Odnoklassniki social network. Tsiklinskaya sentenced Yuri to three years of restriction of freedom without sending him to a correctional facility and imposed an additional penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 100 basic units. In addition, it decided to send Yuri for compulsory treatment for alcoholism and confiscate the phone, as well as to recover material compensation for moral damage in the amount of one thousand rubles in favor of the injured prosecutor.
