Svetlana Alexandrovna Pasemko
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Svetlana Aleksandrovna Pasemko supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repression.
Acted as a state prosecutor in the case against Vyacheslav Ulasevich. He was found guilty of desecrating the flag and sentenced to 1 year of restricted freedom with referral to a correctional facility. In April 2021, Vyacheslav removed the flag from the building and threw it on the ground. The flagpole broke into three parts, the cloth was damaged. The damage was estimated at 2 rubles 44 kopecks.
She also acted as a state prosecutor and insisted on sentencing in the following cases:
5 years of imprisonment for Viktor Kuprik for throwing a burning bottle towards law enforcement officers, which did not reach;

1 year of restricted freedom with referral to a correctional facility for political prisoner Vyacheslav Ulasevich for tearing down a flag;
2.5 years of restricted freedom without referral to a correctional facility for Alla Gerasimene for insulting the deputy head of the Kobrin District Department of Internal Affairs;
1 year of restricted freedom with referral to a correctional facility for Valery Nemkevich for tearing down a flag, which he immediately put on a bench;
2.5 years of restricted freedom without referral to Oleg Mikhaltsevich for 2 comments about traffic police officer Lisitsa, which were regarded as slander and insult;
2 years of restricted freedom without direction to Anastasia Yanushchik for a comment about one of the deputy heads of Pre-trial Detention Center No. 6.

List of repressed
Eduard was arrested in March 2021 and convicted of resisting a police officer during a protest that took place in Baranovichi on August 9, 2020, against the falsification of the presidential elections. According to the charges, during the protest he "interfered with the lawful activities of the Internal Troops. He took a piece of paving slab and threw it towards the soldiers who were dispersing the protest, hitting one of them in the shoulder. The resulting bodily injury did not result in a short-term health disorder."
He was released in 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.
Vyacheslav was convicted under the article “desecration of a state symbol” and sentenced to restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
According to the case materials, on April 3, 2021, at about 5:25 a.m., while intoxicated, he removed the national flag from a building on Lenin Street. He carried it some distance and then threw it on the ground. As a result, the flagpole broke into three parts and the flag was damaged. Damage in the amount of 2 rubles 44 kopecks was compensated.
He was released in June 2022, having fully served his sentence.
