Alexander Valerievich Rybakov
Involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, at least 7 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 15 days of administrative arrest, at least 1,134 rubles in fines, and at least 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment or restriction of freedom were imposed.
According to some witnesses, there are facts of forgery of evidence and changes at their discretion in the protocol of the court hearing.
He sentenced 40-year-old Ivan Romanovsky. He was found guilty according to Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for publicly insulting a government official in connection with the performance of his official duties and was sentenced to one and a half years of restriction of freedom without being sent to open correctional institutions.
He sentenced the political prisoner of the YouTube channel “Slutsk for Life” Vladimir Neronsky to three years in prison in a general regime colony. He found Neronsky guilty under two articles of the Criminal Code: Art. 369 and part 1 of Art. 342. The political prisoner was accused of calling in his videos “Slutsk for Life” for actions that grossly violate public order in Slutsk, Mozyr, Brest, Bobruisk, Mogilev. The court recognized that he did this in conspiracy with blogger Sergei Tikhanovsky and politician Nikolai Statkevich. Neronsky was also found guilty of publicly insulting the chairman of the Slutsk district executive committee, Andrei Yanchevsky, in his video on the YouTube channel.

Marfa, the coordinator of the Viasna volunteer service, was arrested on September 17, 2020, on charges of financing mass riots (Article 293, Part 3). In February 2021, she was charged with additional charges, including "inciting social discord" and "participation in a criminal organization."
In September 2022, Marfa was convicted on several criminal charges and sentenced to 15 years in prison and a large fine.
In February 2023, during an appeal hearing, her sentence was reduced by three months. Marfa's health deteriorated in prison, in part due to COVID-19.
On March 19, 2026, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.
