For political reasons, fines were issued in the amount of 9,030 rubles and 271 days of administrative arrest. On November 9, she issued punitive rulings on administrative violations against doctors, among them Alexander Minich, an experienced laparoscopic surgeon, and a highly qualified psychiatrist Sergei Popov. She illegally sentenced these doctors, based on false testimony in the protocol, to 13 and 15 days, respectively. She also issued orders to award fines to doctors.
