He was released in the summer of 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Sergei, the leader of the Minsk rock band "Banderol," who also writes music and lyrics for the band, was arrested in September 2021 in connection with a criminal case opened for online comments following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk.
In October 2022, he was found guilty of inciting hatred or discord and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.

Gennady, a journalist for Komsomolskaya Pravda, was detained in the fall of 2021 following a search of his home as part of a criminal investigation opened following the deaths of KGB officer Dmitry Fedosyuk and IT specialist Andrei Zeltser in Minsk. The case stemmed from an article about Zeltser published in the newspaper.
In March 2023, Gennady was found guilty of "inciting hatred or discord" and "insulting Lukashenko." According to the prosecution, Gennady, "acting out of political and ideological hatred, committed a number of crimes between June 23, 2020, and October 2021." He also "produced and posted negative, obscene, and unacceptable" statements about Lukashenko online.
He was released in November 2023, having fully served his sentence.

Tatyana is a co-founder of the Sympa school for young public administration managers, an expert in the Bipart research project, and a Master of Political Science.
She was detained in Minsk on the night of June 28-29, 2021, at the airport while going through passport control to leave the country. It was known that Tatyana was planning to fly overnight to Tbilisi. It was later learned that she was detained in connection with an open criminal case. Tatyana was taken to the Okrestina temporary detention facility and, a few days later, transferred to a pretrial detention center.
On February 6, 2023, the court began hearing her case on charges of "aiding and abetting actions aimed at seizing power," "calling for actions harmful to national security," and "inciting social discord." On March 17 of that year, the court, behind closed doors, sentenced Tatyana to 10 years' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
On September 16, 2026, she was released after a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.

Valeria is a political scientist, founder and editor of the website of the expert community "Our Opinion," author and editor of the "Belarusian Yearbook," and head of the expert monitoring group "Belarus in Focus."
On June 30, 2021, following a search of her home by KGB officers, Valeria was detained and placed in a detention center, later transferred to a pretrial detention center.
On February 6, 2023, the court began hearing her case on charges of "aiding and abetting actions aimed at seizing power," "calling for actions harmful to national security," and "inciting social discord." On March 17, 2023, the court, behind closed doors, sentenced Valeria to 10 years' imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
She was released on March 20, 2026, as part of a pardon following another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole.
