Uladzimir Andreyevich Dzeraviashka
He serves under contract in Military Unit No. 3214 (special forces). He is a special forces platoon commander and wears a maroon beret.
Servicemen of Military Unit No. 3214 participated in the violent suppression of protests in Belarus, including the beating and torture of detained protesters.
It is also known from Ministry of Internal Affairs publications that servicemen of Military Unit No. 3214 were used as assistants at the Belarusian border to help the Lukashenko regime create a humanitarian crisis on the border with the European Union.
In 2023, this military unit was also linked to the illegal evacuation of Ukrainian children from occupied territories. Servicemen also organized an arms exhibition and conducted shooting master classes for the illegally evacuated children.
In August 2020, for his active participation in suppressing the protests, he received the keys to his apartment personally from Karayev.
Physically, he resembles the officer who, along with Shakuta, beat up civilians in Lebyazhye.
He was also seen by witnesses, along with two other unidentified individuals, tearing down posters and damaging other people's property.

Alexey, a pensioner and former Boeing instructor pilot, was found guilty of three criminal charges: "insulting a government official," "insulting a judge," and "slander," and sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, as well as to pay substantial moral damages to the "victims."
According to the indictment, from October 2020 to March 2021, he posted comments on various Telegram channels aimed at publicly insulting and humiliating government officials. He used obscene language in his comments to negatively evaluate employees. He fully admitted his guilt.
