Senior detective of the 3rd Department of the 3rd Directorate of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption. Involved in politically motivated repressions. Involved in illegal politically motivated detentions, during which detainees were subjected to physical and psychological violence, torture, and coerced into confessing to various crimes on camera. Together with a film crew, he visits penal colonies, where he participates in the filming of so-called "confessional interviews" and staged reports with political prisoners. On March 6, 2024, at PK-24 "Zarechye," he oversaw the filming of such an "interview" with political prisoner Polina Sharendo-Panasyuk.
