Acts as a state prosecutor in politically motivated cases. Acted as a state prosecutor against 12 people for participating in a round dance at the intersection of Kosmonavtov Boulevard and Masherov Avenue in Brest on September 13, 2020, when the protesters were dispersed by a water cannon. They were charged under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and sentenced to several years of restriction of liberty or imprisonment. Plyshevsky requested for the accused from 1 to 2 years of restriction of liberty without referral and with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
