The comment was written in the telegram chat «Belaruski Gayun Chat» (a chat associated with the channel Belaruski Gayun», which tracked the movement of Russian troops on the territory of Belarus). During the trial, Mikhnyuk admitted his guilt in his crime and repented.

At the beginning of the trial, Sergei Matyukhevich was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code for messages on the Internet. However, under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, the judge released the man from punishment: the statute of limitations had expired. But under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code, Sergei was found guilty.

As the prosecutor reported in a video broadcast by state media, Matyukhevich was accused of using his phone and the Internet to incite citizens to use violence against security forces on July 15, 2020.

This time according to Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

The first sentence was pronounced on 11/28/2022 , Sergei is waiting for a second trial.

According to the prosecution, in September 2020, Kolpak publicly posted "negative comments addressed to police officers, civil servants, and government officials in a Telegram chat, inciting and calling for violence against members of the aforementioned social groups." He was also accused of repeatedly posting text articles in a Telegram chat in Minsk from August 8 to September 28, 2020, in which he called on drivers to create traffic jams, sabotage work, and protest, including by blocking traffic.
