Senior detective of the Operational Security Department of the Penitentiary Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Gomel Region, Major of the Internal Service. Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of Belarusian citizens. Yulyan Yuryevich Zborovsky is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Zborovsky supervised prison colony staff and was responsible for the conditions created for prisoners. He conducted conversations with political prisoners, often threatening or offering cooperation, which led to negative consequences. He pushed for additional convictions of political prisoners under Article 411 and increased prison terms. He coerced them into writing applications for pardons. He was proud to have fought on the side of Russia and mentioned the city of Volnovakha.
