Daughter of journalist Dmitry Lupach. On May 3, she was sentenced to 24 hours for distributing so-called extremist materials on social networks and instant messengers. After that, she had another trial, during which the girl was also given a 25-basic fine for this. Svetlana was first convicted under an administrative article for “distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities,” after which a criminal case was opened against her for insulting A.G. Lukashenko.
According to the materials of the prosecution in the criminal case, Svetlana on her page in Odnoklassniki allegedly “placed a publication and video with a screensaver containing deliberately false information about Alexander Lukashenko, associated with accusing him of committing especially serious crimes, such as “murder”, “treason” state”, which do not correspond to reality and discredit its authority in the eyes of the public."
According to human rights activists, she will be released in early spring 2024 after fully serving her sentence.

The ONT TV channel showed a “repentance” video with Victoria. A criminal case was opened against her and she was placed in custody. In the story, she is accused of evading taxes, subscribing to “extremist” channels, leaking data from security forces, participating in the Peramoga plan, and financing extremist activities. At the court hearing, Karavai fully admitted her guilt, but refused to testify.
It is known that Tamara Karavai has a minor child in her care. She was released on July 20, 2024, by pardon.
Tamara died in the spring of 2025. The woman's acquaintances reported her death to Nasha Niva . The official reason was that her heart gave out. The exact date of death is unknown, but Tamara was last online on VKontakte on April 23, 2025.
