Convicted in politically motivated cases. Convicted Alexander Avdeyuk under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus: slander against Lukashenko (part 1 of article 367) and insult to Lukashenko (part 1 of article 368). Alexander put “class” under the public post on Odnoklassniki “My country is a free European Belarus.” The publication contained a photograph of Lukashenko and an offensive inscription related to the accusation of fascism. Alexander himself did not post anything, but was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of two years in a general regime colony.
