Natalia Victorovna Budnik
Budnik Natalia Viktorovna was involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus as a judge in the Lyakhovichi district court. She delivered convictions in politically motivated cases. Issued fines totaling at least 3,186 rubles.
She sentenced local resident Sergei Avdeev under Article 368 of the Criminal Code and sent the man to compulsory hospital treatment for leaving offensive comments about Lukashenko.
She sentenced Alexander Kasumov under Article 341 of the Criminal Code, sentencing him to 1.5 years of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open correctional facility, because the man wrote several inscriptions on the wall of a building against the war and Lukashenko’s regime.
She sentenced Artem Sokol to 1.5 years in prison for insulting Lukashenko on the Internet. His mobile phone was seized by the state as a means of committing a crime.

Alexander was arrested in September 2021 as part of a criminal case opened under the article "hooliganism" and remanded in custody pending trial.
In December 2021, he was convicted of writing red and white graffiti and declaring his love for presidential candidate Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and sentenced to restricted freedom in an open correctional facility.
In June 2022, the court ordered an increase in the sentence, replacing the restriction of freedom with imprisonment to be served in a penal colony until the end of the sentence.
Alexander was released in February 2023, having fully served his sentence.
After his release, the persecution against Alexander did not stop; he was repeatedly subjected to searches and administrative arrests for “picketing.”
In the summer of 2023, he was placed in pretrial detention on a new criminal case, and in December of that year, he was found guilty of "rehabilitation of Nazism" and "hooliganism," and sentenced to imprisonment in a penal colony.
According to human rights activists, he was released in the spring of 2026, having fully served his sentence.
According to the indictment, on August 20, 2020, Artyom posted a wanted poster on the "Lyakhovichi 90%" Telegram chat using his mobile phone. He posted a photo of Lukashenko and contained ethnic information. That same day, he posted another wanted poster in the same chat containing statements directed at Lukashenko.
On September 9, 2021, Artyom was taken into custody in the courtroom after the verdict was announced.
According to human rights activists, he was released in March 2023, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
