Budnik Natalia Viktorovna was involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus as a judge in the Lyakhovichi district court. She delivered convictions in politically motivated cases. Issued fines totaling at least 3,186 rubles. She sentenced local resident Sergei Avdeev under Article 368 of the Criminal Code and sent the man to compulsory hospital treatment for leaving offensive comments about Lukashenko. She sentenced Alexander Kasumov under Article 341 of the Criminal Code, sentencing him to 1.5 years of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open correctional facility, because the man wrote several inscriptions on the wall of a building against the war and Lukashenko’s regime. She sentenced Artem Sokol to 1.5 years in prison for insulting Lukashenko on the Internet. His mobile phone was seized by the state as a means of committing a crime.
