Inna Leonidovna Pavlovskaya
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Pavlovskaya Inna Leonidovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 5,200 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 12 days. She handed down a verdict to Gennady Boris, accused of insulting Lukashenko under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code and desecration of state symbols under Article 370 of the Criminal Code. She sentenced 29-year-old Sergei Bogdan, 33-year-old Vladimir Lankevich and 31-year-old Viktor Ivantsov for attempting to block railway traffic. The first two were found guilty under Part 1 of Article 14 and Article 309 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus and were sentenced to three years in prison to be served in a general regime colony. Viktor Ivantsov was found guilty under Article 309 and sentenced to two years in prison in a general regime colony.

According to the materials of the prosecution, on January 26, 2021, Gennady Boris, a 55 year old veteran of the war in Afghanistan, posted an image in red and green with a swastika with a national ornament on his page on the social network ok.ru, and on the same day he posted an image of Alexander Lukashenko in a military uniform against the background on his page swastikas.
The next episode of the case concerns July 26, 2022. Gennady Boris posted a text message in ok.ru in which he indicated that «terrorist No. 1 is wanted» and that an amount of one million euros would be collected for his detention. He further writes that 586 000 euros have already been reserved for whoever arrests Lukashenko.
The man admitted his guilt in the deed.
During the trial , it was established that in January 2022, Korsak posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko with icons on his personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network, and also published an image of Nazi symbols in the colors of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.
At the court hearing, the man explained that he understood the meaning of the posted image and did so consciously.
According to human rights activists, he was released on December 6, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Mikhail was found guilty of "threatening to use violence against a police officer." The victim, police officer Mitsura, claimed that on September 17, 2020, in a grocery store, Mikhail allegedly "stared at him and smiled," then filmed him on his phone and "threatened." However, witnesses who were nearby categorically denied the fact of threats. Mikhail was sentenced to restriction of freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility.
In July 2022, the punishment regime was tightened and he was transferred to a penal colony.
