Acted As A State Prosecutor In The Case Of Alexander Babkin, Who Was Accused Of Insulting Lukashenko Under Article 368 Of The Criminal Code
Alexander was convicted in June 2021 for insulting Lukashenko. According to the prosecution, while intoxicated, he called 102 and spoke disrespectfully about him. He was taken into custody in the courtroom immediately after the verdict was announced.
He was released in the summer of 2022, having fully served his sentence.
