Participated in the arrest of journalists Alexander Poznyak and Sergei Bagrov, who were covering a solidarity rally in Gantsevichi on June 20, 2020. On the same day, human rights activist Alla Kolesnikovich, a mother of a minor child, was illegally detained with the Human Rights Center "Viasna." On June 22, 2020, he gave false testimony against Poznyak and Bagrov in court.
On June 26, 2020, he was involved in the arrest of kindergarten teacher Viktoria Butko, who has two minor children. Butko was arrested despite her maternal status, and later, false testimony was given against her in court.
All of these actions constitute serious violations of national and international law, including human rights standards. Furthermore, they undermine public trust in the law enforcement system and cause further tension.
