Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Starovoytov Alexander is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020. Acted as a state prosecutor in a politically motivated case against Stanislav Pavlinkovich, convicted under Article 391 of the Criminal Code. The man was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility for insulting a judge.
