The pensioner is accused of "hatred of the regime." Judge Tolochko granted the request. The following were the victims in the case: Mikhail Sitko (the only one who did not file a claim for compensation); Daria Bondarchuk and Maria Mazurkevich (1,000 rubles each); Valery Romanchik (1,500 rubles); Vitaly Osotsky (1,500 rubles). Incidentally, Galina's pension was 500 rubles. In her final statement, the pensioner said that imprisonment would be a "death sentence" for her.
