Denis Vladimirovich Alekseenko
Involved in the adoption of politically motivated court decisions, at least 11 politically motivated decisions, for which at least 2,000 rubles in fines and at least 13 years of imprisonment or restriction of liberty were imposed. He awarded a fine of 810 rubles to BCD activist Tatyana Sevyarynets for participating in the rally and saying “Stop the Cockroach, Long Live Belarus!” Convicted the defendant in the Brest “round dance case” Sergei Nalivko under Art. 411 of the Criminal Code (malicious disobedience to the administration of a correctional institution). Judge Denis Alekseenko decided to transfer the political prisoner from the IUOT to a correctional colony for a period of six months and one day. He handed down sentences to “Country for Life” activists Oleg Borazne and Alexander Mateyuk, accused under Art. 328 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (“Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs”) and under Part 2 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Mateyuk) - “Organization or maintenance of dens for drug use.” The court found the men guilty and sentenced Oleg Borozna to 2 years and 3 months in prison, Mateyuk to 9 years in a maximum security colony.

An activist of the "Country for Life" and a member of Svetlana Tikhanovskaya's team, Alexander has been repeatedly detained under political administrative articles. He was detained along with another activist, Oleg Boroznaya, who were known to have been under surveillance since the fall of 2020. Alexander was subsequently convicted on fabricated drug-related criminal charges.
Alexander was convicted for a comment under a post about Sergei Stashevsky, head of the Oktyabrsky District Administration in Vitebsk, who, according to the publication, forced teachers to rewrite election protocols. This was not the first trial in Vitebsk for insulting Stashevsky.
According to human rights activists, Alexander was released in the spring of 2024, having fully served his sentence.
Sergey was convicted of "participation in group actions that grossly violate public order" in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place on September 13, 2020 in Brest, where people sang and danced in circles and a water cannon was used against them. According to the prosecution, the protest disrupted the operation of transport. Sergey was sentenced to restriction of freedom and sent to a correctional institution.
In July 2022, his punishment was increased and he was transferred to a penal colony, and in October of the same year he was convicted again under the article “insulting a government official.”
He was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Dmitry was convicted for insulting the head of the traffic police in one of the videos on his YouTube channel.
In November 2022, at the initiative of the administration of Correctional Institution No. 9, the court ordered Dmitry to be transferred from an open-type correctional facility to a correctional colony for “violating order.”
He was released in March 2023, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Rock musician, leader of the punk band Mister X and activist. He was arrested in October 2020 for performing a performance in the form of a barefoot dance in front of a police car and charged with hooliganism.
In September 2021, a retrial was held, which decided to replace the remaining part of the sentence from "chemistry" to a colony. However, on November 24, 2021, a hearing was held at which the musician's transfer to the colony was denied.
He was released in December 2021 after serving his full sentence as determined by the court.
