Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Yaskevich Irina Vyacheslavovna supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 1,320 rubles. She found Dmitry Shevyakov guilty under Article 23.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sentenced him to a fine of 20 basic units for allegedly unauthorized access to information stored in a computer system. She found Mikhail Lintovsky guilty under Article 368 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to one year and six months of imprisonment to be served in a general regime colony. The man posted a video on a social network in which he insulted Lukashenko.
