Responsible for the criminal inaction of the prosecutor's office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians. Acted as a state prosecutor in a politically motivated case against Ivan Ivanovich Kurilenko. The man was sentenced to three years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility under Article 369 of the Criminal Code and Article 188 of the Criminal Code for reposting publications about crimes committed by law enforcement officials on a social network. Acted as a state prosecutor in a politically motivated case against musical performers of the Tor Band group for their songs. Dmytro Golovach received a sentence of 9 years in a reinforced regime and a fine of 100 basic units. Yevgeny Burlo received 8 years in a reinforced regime and a fine of 100 basic units. Andriy Yaremchyk was sentenced to 7.5 years in a reinforced regime and a fine of 100 basic units.
