An operative of the Pervomaisky District Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Minsk. He actively participated in the dispersal of peaceful protests on August 9-11, 2020 and in subsequent repressions in politically motivated cases. He was involved in fabricating administrative protocols. As a result of his actions, blogger, designer and mother of two minor children Olga Tokarczuk spent 10 days in the temporary detention facility on Okrestina and was brought to justice on four administrative cases.
