Acted as a public prosecutor in the case of Andrei Avsievich. Gerasimenko proposed three times options for what article Andrei could be convicted under, since the forensic committee did not confirm the presence of a crime in the man's actions. As a result, Andrei was accused of insulting a police officer (Article 369 of the Criminal Code) Maksim Chertkov and inciting hostility towards representatives of law enforcement agencies (Article 130 of the Criminal Code) for comments in Telegram channels and chats.
